Carpet cleaning for Fort Campbell housing, booked to the report date and receipted for the inspection
Fort Campbell straddles the Tennessee–Kentucky line just north of Clarksville, home of the 101st Airborne Division and roughly 30,000 soldiers plus families, on a permanent-change-of-station cycle that never stops. Clearing housing means a carpet inspection on a date that will not move. We clean to that standard, on that date, and hand you the receipt.
Every month, families leave Fort Campbell housing and families arrive, and nearly every departure runs through a clearing inspection with the carpet on the checklist. The standards are written and the inspectors have seen every shortcut: a rental machine that left the pad wet and the room smelling, a spot that wicked back the day after, a pet area that was cleaned on the surface and lights up under a UV lamp. Failing the carpet line means a re-clean on a day you no longer have, a charge against you, or both, in the middle of a move. That is the job this page is about.
We are a local Clarksville company with no official arrangement with the installation, and we do not claim one. What we have is a lot of experience with what the housing inspections look for, and a way of working built around them. When you call, give us the inspection or key-return date and we book the cleaning for the day or two before, after the household goods have gone. The technician cleans every carpeted room, hall, closet and stair by hot-water extraction, treats traffic lanes and spots, checks pet areas under UV and treats what the light finds, runs the extraction dry and leaves air movers if the humidity calls for it, and gives you a dated, itemised receipt naming the address, rooms, method and technician. Access to on-post and privatised housing is arranged by you, the resident, the way your housing office requires; we show up with the paperwork they ask for.
The same crews handle the other carpet jobs military housing produces: a washer hose or water heater that let go the week before a deployment, pet urine in a house the dog has had the run of, a rippled hallway that has to be flat before the walkthrough, and move-in cleaning for a family that would rather not inherit the last tenant's carpet. The PCS guide walks through the timing and the paperwork.

Asked in Fort Campbell
Will your receipt pass the clearing inspection?
Our receipt names the address, the date, each room cleaned, the method and the technician, which is what housing checklists ask for. Tell us at booking if your office wants particular wording and we include it.
Can you come onto the post?
We clean in on-post and privatised housing when you, the resident, arrange visitor access the way your housing office requires. We have no official arrangement with the installation and do not claim one.
How close to the inspection should you clean?
The day or two before, once the household goods are out. Earlier leaves time for new footprints; cleaning around furniture leaves marks the inspector will see.
What if the inspector flags a spot after you cleaned?
Call us and we come back for spots that wicked up as the carpet dried. Stains that cleaning cannot fix, such as bleach marks or old urine in the pad, we identify on the day and note on the receipt.
Do you do weekends and short notice?
Yes. Move-outs cluster at month end and over weekends, and we schedule seven days a week; wet carpet and inspection dates go first.
Do you also clean in Oak Grove and Hopkinsville?
Yes, both, and Woodlawn and North Clarksville on the Tennessee side of the post.
