You should know what you are calling. Two Rivers Carpet Care (tworiverscarpetcare.com) is a marketing and booking website for carpet, upholstery, rug and tile cleaning in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Fort Campbell and the nearby towns in Tennessee and Kentucky. When you call the number here or send the form, the request comes to us first. An automated assistant answers at any hour, takes your name, number, address and what you need, and a person calls you back to set the visit. The assistant quotes no prices.

The cleaning itself is done by independent crews in the Clarksville area, not by the operator of this website. They carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Which crew gets your job depends on the kind of work, where you are and who is free. Ask, and you will be told the crew's name before anything is booked.

Here is the money part. When a booking turns into work, the crew may pay the operator of this site a referral or advertising fee. That is between us and the crew. It does not change the figure the technician writes on your quote, and the written quote is what you pay. You are free to get other quotes. We will not talk you out of it.

We measure what works. Calls and form submissions are tracked so we know which pages bring enquiries, calls may be recorded after the notice you hear, and page views are counted without cookies. None of that touches your price. The privacy policy lists what is kept.

The crews are independent. Ask for their insurance certificate, read the receipt before you accept it, and note that any warranty on the work is theirs.
