A written price after a look at the carpet
Call (931) 356-6243 any hour or send the form. A technician looks, writes the price, and usually does the work on the same visit. No charge to look, no obligation.
What happens on the day?
The technician walks the rooms with you, checks the fibre, the soil and the traffic lanes, runs a UV lamp over pet areas, meters the carpet where there has been water, and looks at any sofa, rug or tile you have asked about. Ten to twenty minutes. Then the price goes on paper.
What is on the written sheet?
Each room, hall, closet and stair flight by name. The method for each: hot-water extraction or low-moisture. Spot treatment, pet treatment and protector as their own lines. Furniture to be moved. Air movers if the day needs them. The drying time to expect. The total.
What is not on it?
Anything found after work starts that the look-over could not see, such as urine deep in the pad or water under a cabinet. If that happens the technician stops, explains, and writes a revised figure before carrying on. Carpet installation, mould remediation and wall repair are never on it; they are other trades.
How long is the price good for?
Thirty days from the date on the sheet. Most people have the work done the same visit. If you book for later, no deposit is taken until the day.
Can I compare it with other quotes?
Yes, and it is itemised so you can. Ask the others what counts as a room, whether halls and stairs are included, whether the pad is inspected for pets, and how the carpet will be dried in Clarksville's humidity.
What if there is an inspection date or the carpet is wet?
Say so when you call. Wet carpet goes to the front of the line the same day. Inspection and key-return dates are booked backward from the date, weekends included, and the receipt is written for the inspector.
Where is the look-over free?
Across Clarksville and Montgomery County, Fort Campbell housing, Oak Grove, Woodlawn, Hopkinsville, Springfield and Pleasant View. The where-we-go page lists each.
