Cleaned to the inspection, on the date, with the receipt the inspector asks for
Nearly half of Clarksville rents, and the post rotates families on report dates that do not move. A move-out cleaning here is not a refresh; it is a line on a clearing checklist with a deposit behind it. We book to your date, clean to the standard housing or the landlord expects, and hand you a dated receipt that names the rooms and the method.
Walk any street in Sango, North Clarksville or Oak Grove in June and July and you will see the moving trucks. Fort Campbell's permanent-change-of-station cycle moves thousands of families in and out of housing on and around the post every year; Austin Peay's leases turn over in May and August; and the rest of the city's 44 percent of renters move when their leases end. Almost every one of those moves has a carpet clause: the housing office or the landlord wants the carpet professionally cleaned at move-out, and wants proof. Miss it and the deposit shrinks or the clearing inspection fails.
So the move-out job is built around the date and the paperwork. When you call, tell us the inspection or key-return date and we book the cleaning for the day or two before it, after the furniture is out and before the walkthrough. The technician cleans every carpeted room, hall, closet and stair by hot-water extraction, treats the spots and the traffic lanes that an empty room makes obvious, deodorises, and pays particular attention to the things inspectors look at: the edges along the baseboards, the closets, the corners behind where the beds were, and any pet area, which gets a UV check and treatment. You get a dated, itemised receipt naming the address, the rooms cleaned, the method and the technician, which is what the housing office, the property manager or the landlord's checklist asks for. For on-post and privatised housing move-outs, the resident arranges access the way the housing office requires, and we work to the standard the housing office publishes for its own inspections.
Move-in cleaning is the same job from the other side. A house that was cleaned for the previous tenant's inspection has still had a month of showings, contractors and dust since, and a new family with a toddler or a dog usually wants the carpet done before the furniture arrives. We clean empty, dry fast, and the house is ready the day the truck comes. Landlords and property managers with several doors get turnover pricing and one invoice per unit.

The receipt

Questions about move-out and move-in cleaning
Will your receipt satisfy the housing office?
Our receipt names the address, the date, every room cleaned, the method and the technician. That is what housing offices and landlord checklists ask for. If your office wants a particular wording, tell us when you book and we include it.
How close to the inspection should the cleaning be?
A day or two before, after the furniture is out. Cleaning with furniture in place leaves marks an inspector will see; cleaning too early leaves time for new footprints.
Can you do it on a Saturday or Sunday?
Yes. Move-outs cluster at month end and over weekends and we schedule seven days a week.
What if the inspector finds a spot afterward?
Call us. Spots that wick back as the carpet dries are a known thing and we come back and treat them. Stains that cleaning cannot remove, such as bleach marks or old pet damage in the pad, we identify on the day and note on the receipt so there is no surprise.
Do you clean on post?
We clean in on-post and privatised housing when the resident arranges access the way the housing office requires. We are a local cleaning company and have no official arrangement with the installation; we simply know what its inspections look for.
I manage ten units. Can you turn several in a week?
Yes, with turnover pricing, one invoice per unit and a schedule set against your move-out dates. See the commercial page.
